Exchange Policy

  1. Complaints must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please contact us via WhatsApp at  (+62)87718983229  with your Order Number, Full Name, Product Details, and the Reason for Exchange.

  2. Exchanges are only applicable in cases of defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items. Items can only be exchanged for the same product, size, or colour, subject to stock availability.

  3. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we may suggest an alternative item of similar value. Exchanges to different designs, colours, or sizes due to a change of mind are not allowed.

  4. Non-exchangeable items include:

    • Sale items or items purchased with discounts or vouchers.

    • Items returned without prior consultation or outside of the 24-hour complaint window.

  5. Examples of unauthorized exchange reasons:

    • “I changed my mind.”

    • “I don’t like this design.”

    • “The size doesn’t fit me.”

    • “I want to change the colour or size.”

  6. Customers must consult with our team first before proceeding with any returns or exchanges. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  7. Approved items must be returned within 5 working days of our approval, in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with labels and tags intact.

  8. Customers are responsible for informing us of the parcel tracking number when sending items back. You are also responsible for ensuring that the return reaches us safely.

  9. If the error is on our side, return shipping costs will be borne by us (proof of postage required). If the item was damaged or ordered incorrectly by the customer, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

  10. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will update you via WhatsApp. Exchange processing may take up to 7 working days after receipt of the returned item.

  11. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. By sending your item back, you are deemed to have agreed to our Exchange Policy.
